We have launched product 'Dynam-GMS', an online web based Grievance Management application which supports registration of grievances and its allocation, processing and resolution end to end. It is a shared system to handle the grievance for all stakeholders thereby reducing redundancy, operational overheads, and costs, with centralized monitoring of all grievances at various levels and stakeholders done effectively with proper escalation mechanism.
